Perhaps, we need a few more light, silly moments to balance all the heavy serious moments of lives.
Laughter can help ease stress. We can laugh, even when we are dealing with really challenging circumstances. In fact, adding some laughter may help us to gain some perspective on our troubles. Through laughter, we might realize that our circumstances are not as bad as we thought and we will find a way to work through them. Laughter helps us see that our problems do not spell the end of the world as our rational minds likes us to believe.
